For a very long time I was not expecting it ,but when I saw this video my expectations went through the roof! Anyways from what I am going to say is that Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past will get a sequel after 20 years since it debut in 1992 on the SNES. Now this is my favorite Zelda game granted agreebly it is an overated Zelda game for a lot of people ,but this one was my favorite for a very long time and to hear its getting a sequel really perked me up. Now the video I will show is mostly about Luigi and his DLC game for New Super Mario Bro Wii U ,but with it came this news of A Link to the Past's sequel. The sequel will be for 3DS and it will feature the old aerial top view and yes its basically 3D ,but not the usual 3D this video also shows a new abillity of Link's granted its weird I can admit that ,but it brings out more puzzle elements as this games gimmick. Anyways here's the video link. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C8uYoGn0T-UNow this vid is done by one of my favorite LPer's ,but I rather this one because its shorter even though its focus is more for the Luigi DLC. The original vid is 30 plus minutes and I think the focus is for the other stuff comming for the nintendo counciles so this is a shorter version. For the longer version there is a link in the description of this video. Guys I am extatic about it ,but I do have one fear with it. Will it feature the control style of the DS games phantom hourglass and spirit tracks. My last Zelda game was Twilight Princess for gamecube. So when I saw the stylus for those games being in use it bugged me a little and still does ,but that never stopped me to try them both out. Now I know this is nostalgia hitting me hard for the sequel and I know it may not be excellent ,but please understand to me this is bigger news than what else is coming for my favorite gaming platforms. As awesome as this is this game is only among the few games I would like to have for 2013 along with the metal gear games, Pokemon X and Y, Project X Zone just to name a few.

Well I heard about it. I thought it was nice idea ,but to lose Young Justice and Green Lanturn is one I don't find settling granted I didn't watch green lanturn more so than Young Justice. I am not really one to complain ,but I don't mind small humor every once in a while so this maybe okay for me ,but to others that will slay me later so be it (Sarcasm). I have nothing against or to really support on it other than see it and make my judgements till then. Here is a link for the most part. I agree with a ton of points here ,but everyone has their view and I understand that well.Just thought I share and see how you guys and gals would feel on the matter. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RY2gjwJwMykI am dissappointed with the idea of Young Justic going ,but lets face its this is CN these days. The people who put up annoying orange.... Of all things...

Well I got to try out the demo and I am very impressed with it. It feels very fluid, there is some good speed and the mechanics amaze me.
Is it stealthy?:
Now from the get go a lot of people assume its a hack and slasher well it is ,but you can still be steathly depending on how you play the game granted its not as stealth reliant as it is with the main series of games ,but sneaking up on an unfreindly is very intuitive. You got to creep up or you can use your fancy new running abillity to make it faster to close the gap between you and your hostile.
Those hostiles are fairly alert and not dumb well unless you play on the easy setting which is a bit of cake walk for me ,but this is only the first segment you know for the demo at least play it on normal and expect a decent challenge of not too hard and not too simple.
Combat and other mechanics:
Well I want you all to expeirence it first ,but my impression is its smooth and very well done and defently beats out Dmc from the speed and overall fluidity. Now at first it did take me a bit to understand the combat of this game and how to play both offensively and defensively. On the defense end I'll admit its tricky at first ,but once you got that down it helps quite a bit. The combat is executed with the square and triangle buttons and I have to say its quite stylish for my liking.
I have not really figured out the menus in this game because it looks like you can use sub weapons say a grenade. These menus are accessed via the D Pad and they do pause the game from what I've seen and there is an inventory system and codecs can be be used also through this menu through the D Pad. Like I said you gotta see it and play it yourself.
Music:
Personally the music for the battles especailly the one big one did get me psyched to play further and harder. As for the standard its a bit bland ,but suits the place well remember this is the demo.
Story:
This is only the demo ,but so far I only stopped twice for codecs and whats nice they are short ,but I am gonna assume by the time the game comes there will be some chatter ,but not as much as it was in the main series because remember this is still a hack and slash ,but I still expect some lengthy cutscenes this a hideo game so that I am expecting.
Graphics:
Very stunning and being able to cut through things is a nice touch for the most part. This is a MGS games graphics have to be up to the level f this gen of gaming or beyond. I honestly don't care about graphics ,but this game demo gave me a really good view.
Overall to me this is promising ,a game I would like (When it comes out) would I recommend it? Well thats the thing ,one you gotta like if for being a hack and slasher which a lot of those MGS fans are not liking that much. For two you are playing as Raiden. Not Solid Snake, Big Boss or Snake's cousin twice removed which from comments not a lot people like Raiden ,but I always found him an interesting character granted admittedly in MGS2 his chatter does bug me at times. Other then that I am gonna practice this demo so when the game comes I have gotten the feel for the controls and what not.

Many Great Series of Videogames do I need to say anything more? Tell me what Megaman means to you? What started you on Megaman? Whats your favorite series? Just everything that comes to your mind when you hear 25 years of megaman.

Yeah I be DAT MGS NOOB. Anyways well so far just doing decent I mean for someone who fails at stealth games like I do its getting better with tons of trial and error to boot. I mean if you guys don't know me by now I am not a big Metal Gear Guy for the reason is well I am more action kind of gamer and playing a stealth game really tests the limitation of hey you see enemy you fill it with lead and make sure you are the only one standing.
Well that fails here and yes I am playing on very easy and its like I said watching a 3 year old at a candy store. You just want to yank the controller out of my hand. You have no idea how many alerts I have triggered and how many times I got blown to smitereens. But thats how I learn a ton of trial and error. Do note I have played MGS Twin Snakes and MGS4 Gun of Patriots the movie so one would think I know the controls or how to be stealthy. Um no when its a game genre and or controller set up I do not play often I have to relearn the controls and get a feeling of how the game plays over and over again.
Also DAT tranq gun is pretty handy I am familiar with it ,but often I tend to forget due to in favor of my fists unless I am hunting dog tags which for a first play through of MGS2 I am not to concerned for a 100% attempt ,but if I get them I will glady take them off my opponents no problem. Even though it is funny when I attempt Hold ups with a tranq gun then switching over to the lethal 9MM. Because I tend to waste a bullet or two at all times and then after that I melee my enemies or tranq them and escape via a box. Yes I like my fun box and Snake said it best in a CODEC.
So how far am I? Just got done with FATMAN and getting prepared for finding AMES. Well if you want to share memories feel free. I am sharing what I am doing because well I thought it be nice to talk about.
